"Brought in my brand new 2023 Honda Accord for its first oil change. Didn’t even make it down the street and it started making a bunch of noise. I immediately took it back. They said the skid plate was screwed on to tight and it stripped the screws. I waited forever while they had their “best employee” working on it. When I got it back my husband took it to the parking lot next door and he looked underneath my car. They used zip ties to hold my skid plate on because they stripped the screws and the holes to the skid plate. And they said nothing to me. Just sent me on my way with zip ties holding my brand new car together!!!"
