"Very disappointed with this place. Took my truck in to have some new tire sensors installed, a steering box brace installed, and an alignment done. Well I get the truck back and the freshly painted wheels were scratched and gouged extremely bad from the tire machine. Luckily, they did pay to have them painted again which I did appreciate. They also struggled bad to align my truck correctly but they did the “best they could” and said they couldn’t align it properly because that’s just how these types of trucks are which I thought was quite odd. Few months later (today) I was under the truck doing some other things and noticed one of the 4 bolts that was holding my steering box brace on was completely sheared off. Head was snapped clean off from over-tightening. I was not made aware of the situation which is extremely disrespectful and very irritating. Wish I would’ve seen it earlier. I now need to find someone to drill what’s left of the old bolt out and get a new one put in. Anyways, I would not have made this review if I hadn’t found out about this sheared bolt stuck in my subframe. This definitely pushed it over the edge for me, I could live with the other issues but this is pretty low and shady. I really don’t want to bash this company I’m sure there are good, knowledgeable employees at different locations but be cautious having them work on your car."

"The owner reached out and fixed my truck. They ended up realigning the steering and got it straightened out. Still a hassle, so no 5 star review but he did get it taken care of. I took my 2022 F150 to get the steering alignment done on a Saturday. When I picked the vehicle up, The steering wheel was not centered at all. Imagine driving down the street always turning right yet going straight. Being the weekend I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get it fixed. Monday came, they said oh yeah, sorry we can’t adjust that, you’ll have to go to the dealership. Their description of front end alignments literally says they will adjust the wheel to make it all straight… pretty lame. Poor customer service for not explaining that they couldn’t do that to begin with, let alone not leaving a voicemail explaining that after it was done. Now I have to see what the dealership charges to do another alignment and get on their schedule."

"I was highly recommend this location by a friend and let me tell you , this is the place I will be going for Auto work from now on. The owner Brad also known as "Bossman," Is a customer service master. I've never been to such a friendly and helpful auto shop. Every employee that was around was in great spirits and looked as if they enjoyed being there (that's rare to find in such a labor filled place of employment) Brad and his associates took my car in for inspection and came over to review all the things necessary, also he explained to me how everything worked and why it needed to be replaced to avoid further and more expensive repairs. In conclusion, this is the place to get great work provided by friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. 5/5 to be fixed"
