"I have used this service for two years and had great service so I decided to go into get my oil changed. When I pulled into the no appointment necessary lane I was not greeted at all. I got out and asked who I was to check in with. I proceeded to that person’s desk. She did not acknowledge me until she was finished with her computer work. She could have said “I will be with you in a minute”, but said nothing. When she finally spoke to me her tone was that of annoyance. She asked me what I wanted. I said an oil change. She said there is a two hour wait. I asked her why and she stated in a curt tone “because of COVID and unemployment and nobody wants to work.” I said thank you and left. I won’t be going back. They lost my loyalty and continued business. I don’t think it is an issue of people not wanting to work, but the management of the department. I went and got an oil change at another business and it took 15 minutes and there were six men working there."

"The customer service here is terrible. They have had our car for 2 days. No one will help us. We have called numerous times for an update, no one returns our calls. And they all insist that there is only one person who can talk to us and he is somehow never available and doesn’t answer his phone. So unprofessional. No calls yet to discuss what the problems are and cost to fix. Just silence while they still have our car. The receptionist is rude, set down the phone in the middle of our conversation and refused to talk to me. Do not take your car here. Go anywhere else."
