"Ridiculously overpriced, $8 a mile plus $202 for the tow plus and extra person for $240 and charges me the winches for $162. Shouldn't that be included already in the tow charge? I was only 15 miles out of town how do you charge $840 for that!! Told me to sign the bill of sale on the totaled vehicle and gave me no credit."
