"Right after I came in a family with a child who was screaming, running all over the store, and nearly knocking shoes off of the wall came in. Right after that, a gentleman in a construction outfit also came in. There were only two women working at the store, and they were able to help me and these other customers with no problems, in a professional and efficient manner. They made sure we were all cared for and did not rush nor neglect us at any point. It was actually quite impressive. The main woman who helped me made sure she understood what my specific needs were, helped me find a few boots worth trying, and encouraged me to try other sizes as each boot fit a little different. She was very patient and made it clear that she would help me with whatever I thought would get me on the path to a boot I was happy with."
