"Went in today hoping to purchase a pair of heels and sandals for my daughters 25th birthday and not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help by the lady manager or 2 associates. I’m sure they didn’t even notice I was in the store."

"When we arrived, there was no on the store floor to attend anyone. Then we noticed that they were working in the back arranging some shoes but at no time did they stop to attend us or anything. They were mostly worried about their conversations between themselves. This is one reason retail shops are dying out because your own employees don't care to do their JOB. I know a job is a job but come on guys! You guys work at Aldo, stop pretending you made it in life and are too important to do what you were hired to do. This is the employee number who "helped" me out : Nolan #46732885. Nolan was wearing a mask when he "helped" but other guy wasn't."

"Atrocious customers and follow up. Store only had a the left boot of a style I was interested in purchasing. Ended up finding 3 pairs of similar shoes on their online store. Ordered them to see which fit best. Then over the last week they canceled each pair of shoes on different days and now show they are all out stock. The only item they were able to ship is a water resistant solution for the shoes that are all out of stock! I could give this a zero score I would."
