"I went to your store on 01/28/2024 in hopes to purchase a new pair of DC skate shoes. However I was told by your employee that I couldn't leave my $450 electronic scooter inside the door. This is a high theft area and your employees should know this and make accommodations for people with expensive electronic scooters. I will never shop at your store as long as you don't allow people to temporarily store their scooters by the door. Absolutely ridiculous as a company to deny your customers the peace of mind and safety of their transportation. I work in retail and we allow people and encourage people to leave those expensive items inside so they don't yet stolen. Please consider being more courteous to your customers. Thank you"
