"We have visited this store in the past and had poor customer service. It has been over a year so we tried it again. Bought some $64 shoes and the girl at the counter said you have 90 days if there is anything wrong with them. After 4 days of wearing them in the office and only on carpet, they were hurting the side of my foot. I cleaned off any dirt, put them back in the box and went to return them. A different girl was present at the checkout and had a look of disgust when we walked in with the bag. She took the shoes out and looked at the bottom then instantly said no return since there is wear shown on them. I didn't even argue since we had dealt with poor service from this store in the past. We walked out and will never shop here again. Buy your shoes online and skip the poor attitudes that are sweeping through the town and country.
