"This mall was kind of a pain for me to access with two kids and a stroller, but once I found the store the staff was wonderful!! We were hot (AZ summer heat) and little overwhelmed and Ghost, Kayla and Micheal helped us right away and they were so pleasant! We came for my daughter’s birthday bear and they were so patient and excellent with my kids. They went above and beyond. Made the trip totally worth it. It turned out to be an amazing experience all because of their outstanding customer service."
