"i took my younger sister to get her first pair of pointe shoes and it was a terrible experience for me and her. the guy who fitted her was extremely rude. yelling at her! honestly it was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. we decided to leave after she tried on 1 pair of shoes and to no surprise charged us $25 for his time, because i’m assuming this happens often. the other staff didn’t seem surprised of his behavior. incredibly inappropriate. this should have been a fun enjoyable moment and it turned into a terrifying stressful situation. also there is no photos and videos allowed so if you were hoping to capture your dancer’s career milestone you’ll get yelled at. unbelievable. i could go on and on lol this is the first review i have ever written in my life but i couldn’t pass up writing about this experience."

"Went in for a dance belt, haven't shopped for one in a decade so the worker was very nice in answering all my questions that I had. Despite being apprehensive a medium would be too small, it fits great. She was exactly right. I'll definitely be back for future undergarments!"

"I went to Arizona From North Dakota to get pointe shoes this summer I had a size 8 shoe that was already too small and he put me in a size 8 again in a different style with a SMALLER heel when the size was already to small now I have to buy another $100+ pair of shoes he was extremely rude to me and others that were with. He won't let you record the fitting which is a large downside for people who it's their first fitting. We called to ask them my size and they hung up on us when we asked them. I'm am thoroughly unimpressed and angry with the service I received."

"Wow amazing staff. The lady who was helping us went above and beyond to help my daughter and I look for what she needed. And they actually have it. We was so happy. Especially coming from another store in the valley who didn’t have a clue what we needed and service was awful. Definitely will be back for future purchases."

"Amazing spot to buy some dance wear. Aside from their extra small parking lot, I would say I like this spot. I was looking for some special leather shoes for dancing, and as it was my first time buying this type of shoe, I had to inquire at the register. The lady was very helpful in finding what I needed and even provided advice on what type of shoe would work best. When I ended up buying a size too large and immediately drove back, she went above and beyond, and not only fitted me to make sure I had the right size but also allowed me to do an exchange. (Normally they have a no refund/exchange policy)."
