"Ordered a new tube for my bike a couple weeks ago, but it wasn’t installed right. I inflated it for the first time a couple weeks ago. As soon as I finished inflating the tire the tube exploded. They used a slime tube, as you can see the slime that exploded from my tire in the picture. Wouldn’t recommend, since they can’t install a simple tube"
"Went in to ask about a KUAT bike carrier part. The guy rudely said I never heard of it. I said okay… I guess I’ll find it online. So much for helping small business. I did find it online and while searching found their website mentions KUAT. Super poor customer service. Guess I interpreted them going broke."

The staff is always willing to help to give answers they are knowledgeable in every aspect."
"Very expensive and poor quality work. Really dont know what they are doing, over tightened my rear axle ruining my bearings. And thought my brake cable was bad when it was the brake tensioner. Just one inner tube was $25.00. I would never go there again."
