"I bought two pairs of shoes. However, when I used one of the pairs, it started cutting the back of my ankle area. So I go and return the shoes and to my surprise they won’t take a return unless you take half the money of what the shoes cost since they were worn. No one told me about this return policy and I only had the shoes for one day. This company should change their policy to a customer satisfaction one instead of the current one they have where we as customers have to pay out of our pocket to return shoes that are possible defective or just plain hurt our feet. Zero stars if I could. And for the old lady that helped me, you knew you could have gave me a full refund because you said it yourself when you were debating whether to give it to me or not! Shame on you."
