"I have frequented this place at least monthly for most of the past ten years, even when I lived far away. This business really supports the community, so I enjoy supporting it. The owner is sincerely interested in what children need and want at each developmental stage. Although I always find cute, current fashionable items, I appreciate that there is no pretentious, selective curating of specific brands, rather everything is priced reasonably to sell and to help out families on a budget. Most items that don’t sell are donated to needy kids. I always get great deals, and I bring most of my children’s used clothing, toys and equipment here. Consigning is convenient and worthwhile for us. My kids love the designated safe play zone, fish tank and public restroom access while I shop. It has helped me teach them the value of reuse - to avoid fast fashion and buying new plastic I enjoy listening to the conversations among customers and staff because they often share meaningful stories of concern and mutual interest about children, parenting and other relevant neighborhood news."
