"Took forever for simple food. Was bland. Staff seemed used to this low level of service and didn’t do much to make it better. Didn’t bring any utensils and had to ask. Asked for vegetarian and added chicken. They really just got everything wrong. Also the hotel staff is the same staff as the bar and they got the reservation wrong twice too. Also didn’t do much to fix it. Caesar salad clearly comes out of a bag"
"Came into town with the lady for some ASU graduations that were occurring. We decided to grab drinks and dinner at the hotel bar before heading out to the ceremonies. We ordered the tacos and the southwest salad both lovely as well as the fact the server honored our free drink coupons even though I guess we ordered drinks that weren’t included; appreciated that as well so made sure to leave a 50% tip."
