Dairy Queen Grill & Chill 7510 South Rural Road, Tempe, AZ 85283

"After a long day I decided to make a stop for dinner at my local DQ. I order 2 burger meals and a $7 chicken meal, I wait a few minutes at the window to receive my drinks, ice cream sundae receipt. I am told to park in front of the store that the cashier will bring me my food. There are two other cars parked out front. I come to find out they are also waiting for their food. My 2 month old starts fussing since he’s been in his car seat for a while, needless to 15 minutes passed I call my partner to come and wait for the food since we live around the corner. I go to take off and they finally bring out my 2 burgers and 3 chicken strips. I informed the cashier I was about to take off. He claimed that they made the food fresh which is what caused the delay. I get home to cold burgers and warm fries. My son’s chicken seemed to be the only fresh thing in the bag. So not only was I lied to I waited over 20 minutes for cold food. My son’s ice cream melted. This “fast food” was a disappointment."

"Chilli cheese dogs are way more expensive at this location compared to others and it takes a long time to get your food. $17 for four chilli cheese dogs while 4 chilli dogs is $10... $7 for cheese?"

"I just ordered my daughters baby yoda birthday cake. It was so easy and the guy I talked to was precise and to the point. I am amazed how Easy was and I didn’t even have to leave my house. He was so nice to me and promised me that I will have my cake on Sunday."

"Food was ok, ice cream is always good, service was sad. No one asked us our order or even addressed our presence for ten minutes! Had to order online in store even though no other customers were there. Then of course a guy walked in after we went to sit to wait for our online order and they spoke to him right away. Made us feel invisible even though we made eye contact with at least 3 employees. I worked in the food industry, you should at least address the customer and let them know you'll be with them shortly, instead of straight ignoring them. They gave us our ice cream without our hot food on a to-go order so our ice cream was pretty much fully melted. Maybe don't let the ice cream sit when foods not ready? I dunno, just makes sense."

"Paid $18 for 2 burgers, 1 side of fries& a funnle cake....? She didn't tell me the total till i got to the window, unlike the person b4 me, who got her total b4 the window. Also seems like they are only fast with ice cream & actual food takes them a while. Had to pull into the parking lot and waited for 10 minutes..... Get my food & the fries are cold..... Didn't even want to go back to tell them. Would've been another 5 minutes. Later got home went to eat the burger. The buttom bun of my burger is sooo soggy & i got pretty far into the burger b4 i realized WHAT i was eating ( I was hungry) but some parts are still VERY pink. The other burger looks fine but mine does not. I probably can't even get a refund kuz the girl didn't give me my reciept...I even tried calling them legit 15 times and they won't answer.....like this is a joke. Will go to a different location in the future."
