"I went here the first time they messed up my order so I went back after calling the manager waited in the long drive thru line for the second time and They still messed up. My order gave me sour cream on both of my items. If they can’t do a simple job as fast food in America, they don’t need to be working in fast food you go back to high school I will not support this business by spending my money elsewhere because they cannot make a simple order"

"Where do I begin? Any DoorDash order from this specific Taco Bell is guaranteed to be missing one or two items. It is not the drivers responsibility to verify every individual item in the bag, especially when Taco Bell seals the bags with stickers to prevent DoorDash drivers from looking. The food itself is sub-par at best. I’m not comparing this to better Mexican restaurants, but merely other Taco Bell’s I’ve been too In the valley. Many items that are supposed to be crispy, come directly out of the kitchen soggy. The service is unbearable some nights. We recently stopped by to pick up dinner and heard nothing but complaints from the staff in the kitchen. I was not attempting to listen to their conversation, they were just that loud that they broadcasted it to the entire restaurant. Not complaints about the job as much, but about the customers. Why would anyone want to listen to a restaurant staff complain about customers? Understandably, staff complain. It’s natural to do so, behind closed doors or away from the ears of the customer. This location should be a last resort for anyone. If every other restaurant in a 10 miles vicinity exploded, maybe I would consider stopping by again."

"We went to this location only because we’re traveling threw don’t live in the area first time here and will be my last time here or anyone I know I will let know we will not be doing business here at all ! Our family loves Taco Bell even the kids I love the fries when they have them the person we had issues with I believe it was ruby she was trying to not give her name but one the other workers called her to the back by her name she is really rude she need to work on her customers service she kept ruling her eyes and rushing us we had 6 people with us two separate orders she was just annoyed but the fact that we wanted to do separate orders I let her know as well that I was going to call and give a review she said won’t effect me it’s going to effect the company like if she didn’t even care if the store looks bad because of her attitude! I would even have said anything but we love Taco Bell and love to travel so we don’t expect much but we do expect respect as we give it I hope the company handles this is. The best way because of how she acted I will not bring my family around bad energy I hope ruby has a better day"

"Normally I like Taco Bell and it’s my go-to place for cheap fast food, one of the few places left you can get a decent filling meal without breaking the bank. At least, that’s how it used to be! I ordered one of their new items, the grilled cheese steak nacho fries. With extra steak, this came out to just over 7 dollars. And this is what we got! There’s maybe 10-12 fries and a few pieces of steak. Honestly pretty sad. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of worse things to come, but every time they add a new item it’s always really pricy for barely any food.."
