"BEWARE Bet MGM does not care about there customers. They are very difficult to deal with and will rip you off. I started using Bet MGM last year and wagered about 30 times. They asked me to send in my DL to verify who I am. I sent in my DL about 15 times they finally unlocked my account. Fast forward to this year i place close to 50 bets and yet again i have to verify my identity just because i won my bets. I have sent my DL and because my address does not match my accounts I sent them over an electricity bill to verify who i am. I have done this almost 50 times and sent close to 200 emails. I been jumping though hoops for about a month and still unable to wager which is ridicules. They have cost me allot of money on potential winnings. They will treat you like a criminal so do not use these con artist. To this day they still have not unlocked my accounts and refuses to send the funds in my wallet to me after my winnings. This is extremally frustrating as there true colors have come out. I will never bet on this app again stay at there hotel or gamble at there casinos anymore."

"Good if you just want to watch games and bet. Sat at bar first, service was great, sat at the table, and waiter wasn't as good. He actually forgot to cash our table out. They had to go in the back to find him to do so. 6 at a table is considered large for the automatic gratuity. Drinks are reasonably priced, I just had the fries. My son had the pulled pork sandwich, and he said it was good. I'd go back, but just to sit at the bar and watch the game. Nice big screen tvs."
