"I went to this place as a last ditch effort to get my surface pro 6 screen repaired from a pretty back crack, making use of the pen pretty hard on a cracked screen. Went to best buy and they said it would be over 600$ (a brand new surface pro is 1000$) and I would have to send in my surface pro for them to send me a refurbished one, which is what I did not want as all my documents are on my computer. Being a full time veterinary student as well, I did not have 4-6 weeks to get a computer back. So I went to All Mobile Matters and was told it could be done for a little over 200$ and would be done in less than half a week! I just got the surface pro back yesterday and it's absolutely perfect, the pen works great on it, it's installed well. The only thing I would say I'm a little perturbed by is it seems the frame was melted a little possibly to put in the new screen and it looks like a finger was stuck into it, which is a little upsetting cosmetic-wise, but I am truly grateful I was able to get it repaired at such an affordable price and so quickly. Thank you so much All Mobile Matters!"
"Luis is incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to fix my phone temporarily until the part came in. Didn't ask for money, didn't ask for a tip. Just helped out. When I tried to tip, he refused. He just was genuinely intrigued by my phone not working. He fixed it and ordered the part for me. I couldn't reccomend Luis enough!"
"Hack job and awful customer service. We brought my husband’a recently cracked phone in, back in July 2023 to get the back panel replaced (where it had cracked). Was told by an associate we would have to wait a couple weeks as it was a special order (not sure why, he has an iPhone). Paid a $10 deposit and was called to bring phone in weeks later to drop off for repair. Did such, and when we went back to the store to pick up his phone, the associate informed us that while installing the new back panel, he cracked it. He told us that he did not have another one in store and would have to special order it and it would take a couple of weeks, just like the last time. So we were sent home to wait for the part with his phone installed with the new cracked back panel. This made us very nervous leaving with another cracked back panel, as we do not have the funds to fix anything that could potentially happen with the cracked back while waiting for a replacement. Sure enough, while waiting for the replacement part, the phone screen starting glitching and eventually turned black permanently, not allowing him access to anything. We brought the phone in for them to examine and was told that there must have been water damage and that since the phone wasn’t in their possession during the waiting period for the new part, that they weren’t liable for it. Our biggest fear came true, and we were forced to spend almost $1000 for a new iPhone and are unable to trade in his old one, since it is rendered useless without the screen working. All Mobile Matters was irresponsible in not ordering a back up part, as mistakes can and do happen. They also failed to take ownership in leaving us longer with a broken part, which increased the chances of the phone potentially being damaged, which is exactly what happened. Picture to show the “new” cracked screen they installed, which led us to having to buy a new phone."

"After ordering four different tempered glass screen protectors for Note 8 off of Amazon and every time there being one issue or another with it, I have been looking for another solution. The biggest frustration with them has been the loss of touch sensitivity causing the phone to be very unresponsive. Especially on the edges as anyone who has also tried to apply an Amazon tempered glass can probably attest to as well. So I decided to give mobile matters a try, especially after learning more about their process of bonding the tempered glass with a special glue that's activated with ultraviolet light. I was skeptical in the beginning, and it was a little bit pricier then the 7 to $10 ones I've bought on Amazon but I couldn't be happier. I have full touch responsiveness now, even on the farthest curved edges of the screen. Amazing. And Vinnie, the guy that helped today, applied the glass perfectly. He was very professional, considerate, and skilled for sure! So if you've gone through the same frustrations I have with ordering tempered glass off the internet and not having good results, give this ultraviolet glue screen protector a shot! Works great on this Note 8."
