"The in store experience was pleasant but everything after that moment has been terrible. We scheduled a date to pick up our item at their wearhouse, and after we checked in, we waited at the pick up zone over 40 minutes before we eneded walking into the warehouse to find someone to help us. The staff were hanging out chatting and didn't even acknowledge our presence until we interrupted them asking for help. They were visually annoyed by us and only one of group got up to help with the multiple items we had. My husband ended us helping load them into our truck. We eneded up having to return one of the items. The company wouldn't allow us to schedule a drop off date sooner than two weeks out from when we contacted them. After the item was dropped off, I never received the refund. I called the company and they told me the refund was never started becuase the warehouse never closed the order. I had to call the warehouse to have the order closed, and now have to wait another two weeks for the refund. There were no apologies and nothing was offered to help expedite the process. It will now be 6 weeks to get my refund for an item I don't have. Ikea has better customer service than this company."

"Dealt with Lauren over the telephone regarding a piece of furniture for sale (she was an absolute delight, efficient, thorough & friendly) and then dealt in-person with a manager, Alfred inside the store when purchasing & picking up the item I spoke by phone with Lauren about. Alfred was equally as kind, professional, informative, helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with. He is excellent at his job. Both Alfred & Lauren at store #71 ( Scottsdale Quarter) are a definite credit to your organization! Couldn’t of asked for a better shopping experience with both of them in Scottsdale. Very pleased with them and the purchase. Will definitely return. Thanks for everything CB2 & Lauren & Alfred!"

"Management is condescending and rude. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company and have recommended them to friends, but now will never shop here. They had an item listed on sale and then would not honor the price that was posted, and to top it off was rude and stuck up in their delivery, saying “oh well you don’t *have* to purchase it”. Yeah no kidding, I’m aware I don’t *have* to give you my money… what a privilege ha. Never again!! CB2 should really invest in managers who have some semblance of people skills!"

"RJ was simply amazing! He was so patient with my husband and I in picking out our outdoor sofa. He brought out a measuring tape and gave us great advice! When selecting our dinnerware there was a piece I wasn’t too convinced about and he went the extra mile to find the item we had in mind in the color we wanted upstairs in their stock room. We will definitely be returning to work with RJ! Thank you for making our experience amazing!"
