"The manager Mark is extremely rude! I was having a great conversation with one of the employee here, and Mark gave him and myself a dirty look. Once I walked away he said something to the employee. Totally unacceptable I like shopping at places with there are nice and friendly workers. The manager Mark needs to work on his customers service!"

"Get this. Worked a 7-5 shift, wanted to make some pasta for my family today. Y'know something special over fast food. So I get to the checkout, all the lines are closed. No problem, I head to the self checkout systems. I begin scanning and have to scan the tomatoes. They wont scan in the bag, so I try manually inputting them on the system. It begins beeping and saying an employee is on the way, for zero reason other than me trying to click on the produce selection icon. That's not even the worse of it, this rude lady begins screaming at me that I was trying to steal $3 worth of tomatoes by putting it in the bag. Of which it was in my hand the entire time I tried inputting them. I should of told her off, but thankfully held onto my patience. These workers should all be fired, including the non-existent management, they want an easy job where they don't have to work, and vent their anger on the customers when they can't get it due to their broken tech."

"Awful store, and some but not all awful employees. They'll shut down the checkout lines early while people are in them, refusing service. Forcing senior citizens and people who've worked a hard day to self-checkout dozens of items. Their self-checkout machines will also malfunction mid checking out, and they'll then get in your face to blame and harass You the consumer when it does. Zero quality assurance. My guess? Poor management, with self-interested hiring practices. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, so should you, they're the epitome of bad service."

"My son and I go shopping here fairly often. Today while we were there I noticed a mom and daughter leaving the store frantically looking around concerned. Avoiding their own vehicle and then circling back to it. This should have been my first sign to back out and go somewhere else. While shopping another customer approached me telling me he cute my child is. I said thank you and continued shopping. She asked what his name is and asked if she could give him candy. I said “no thank you.” And did not give my child’s name. At which point she pressed on with her shopping. I don’t pre judge people so this is just a description of the woman. She was missing her front teeth, had brown short hair, and was wearing a hat. My mom instincts kicked in and I decided it was time to leave even if I forgot something. I went to self checkout and behold the same woman was walking down an isle picking at items but not putting anything in her cart and then is suddenly checking out with maybe 5 items. I had a full cart and she was taking as long as I was to check out. Eventually she started to leave and I followed behind. I put my son in the car first. Loaded the groceries quickly and could see the woman looking over at me by her vehicle. I drove around the block to make sure I wasn’t followed. Called the store at which point they hung up on me while being transferred. Be cautious at this location."

"This is my neighborhood Fry’s, so I try and shop here often. However, the overall service and store quality is quite low. The pick up service in particular is poor, generally the wait times are 20 minutes plus; and, on multiple occasions I’ve been told that my order will be a few hours late (on one occasion, after waiting for an hour in the parking lot for my order, I was told I would have to come back the next day). Additionally, often the service you receive has an unfriendly vibe. That’s not to say that everyone is unpleasant, I have had a couple of positive interactions with the employees. The food quality is varied, I’ve been delivered expired food on a few occasions and my order is delivered with items missing from time to time."
