"Update 2/18: Love the response below. Don’t try to tell me I missed the OUT OF STOCK note when it absolutely said IN STOCK. I went through numerous stores online before landing on yours because they all said “out of stock” so yeah, pretty certain I ordered from you all solely because it did say it was IN STOCK. What a joke. Original: Thank goodness I checked the status of my order today (2/7) after placing an order an hour after my wheel gave out (2/3). Apparently the wheel was “in stock” when I placed my order but some time after that it was placed on back order. Gave them a few days since it was the weekend and finally sent a message off only to find out to my surprise, that it was on back order. No e-mail from them, no notification, zero heads up. God knows how long I’d have waited if I didn’t say anything. Funny enough the website still shows in stock. Luckily I went with, and should have gone with, another company who has live inventory and can get the wheel to me before my next trip. At least you aren’t charged before the order ships which I guess makes total sense now."
