"This store location had no music and was completely dead, and I quickly discovered why...the employees here are the WORST!!! They all have bad looks on their faces, and make you feel like you showed up to a party your not invited to. I arrived around 6pm and walked in with only my car keys in hand so Clearly I wasn't their to shoplift. Even so, one employee was tailing my every move so obviously and so uncomfortably close that it was completely off putting I put down my items and left immediately. I understand the need to keep an eye out for shoplifters, BUT this does not mean relentlessly staring and following every customer. Treating your buyers like guilty criminals is offensive, rude. And super inappropriate! Especially at a store where every single item you sell has actually been donated to you completely free of charge from the very people who are also shopping there. Where is this so called"Good Will?"" Also Not sure why they have raised their prices resently? During a time when the costs of living has skyrocketed? Why in earth would they need to raise prices donated clothes ? Goodwill ? Sure"
"I would leave zero stars if I could. An employee has to let you use the restroom (I get it theft happens and people kinda suck.) But I have three small children and needed to tend to them. After waiting 20 mins for someone to unlock the restroom, I’m finally told “oh we’ve lost the key and our manager’s on break.” So I go to leave because my two year old is screaming at this point, and I see a whole group of employees come out of the back. I ask if any of them are managers and they point me to another group of employees, saying “she can help you.” When I get this woman’s attention she begins to talk to me like a child, saying there’s no need to raise my voice. I said there absolutely is this is ridiculous. She then tries to tell me they’re under staffed, and asked me if I wanted a job! While I’m standing there with my three children! I said I have a job! Needless to say I walked out and immediately called corporate! That place is clearly run very poorly and they need to be informed of that!"
"Look at these ABSURD prices!!! The minimum price for women’s clothes is $4.29 ! It’s no wonder why all their racks are so packed. There are many more Goodwill’s in the immediate area that are way better priced . Do not expect a cart full of clothes here you will be overpaying."
