"I went in to see if they had any Astro 50s and they didn’t so I had to order them through the app along side another item. I received the package but the Astro a50s were missing. After hours dealing with care trying to get a the items that I ordered they said the package was delivered so they denied sending me the missing item or refunding my money told me to reach out to the carrier. I spoke with USPS and the package was delivered and not tampered with so they say GameStop has to resolve this issue but I keep getting sent in circles and nobody on GameStop side is willing to help resolve this."
