"Pressure washer I purchased "new" well Gas tank was broken at the frame leaks gas everywhere, obviously damaged in shipping. Ignored when messaged (left on read). Even gave them a tip when I bought because everyone needs a lil extra in this economy. I own a detailing company that's services ALL OF ARIZONA. This is how we make our livelihood but we wont get into that as we'll chalk up the loss these people won't nor make things right. KARMA WILL BITE THEM. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE."

"To my surprise I didn't know they had an entire "store" lol!! I contacted whatever employee was running the Facebook Marketplace account they make it seems like they don't run a store on FB. So this is my review from there, I would never walk up in here and shop lol, the "store" seems sketchy. I'm currently at their "Store" on 5609 W Glendale Ave, taking a moment to share my experience to help others. Unfortunately, the communication & her COMMITMENT here needs MAJOR improvement. Despite informing them that I could arrive before closing time, she ASSURED ME I could make it. However, moments before arriving I get a message saying they are now closed, she knew I was on my way, I gave her my ETA & she bails. I arrived at 2:44 before their 3PM closing time. This resulted in an inconvenience not only for me but also for a out-of-town visitor who was led on too. I was left disappointed by this experience. I would advise others to be cautious and consider avoiding interactions with her, as it appears she may intentionally mislead you."

"Communicated with the owner via OfferUp about a product he had listed. Negotiated the price and the owner agreed to it "for today only". I asked for the meetup address and he sent me the store location. Communicated when I would be leaving, what my estimated ETA was, and when I had arrived. No responses from him at all. I call the number on the storefront and he picks up, then says sorry that his store is closed today. Wasted my time & was misled by the shop owner."
