Karla explained to me that when I last upgraded, my account was made by third-party the third-party will make promises and never keep them. This was a terrible thing that happened to me. I don't want it to happen to anyone else so if you want a phone from AT&T go to their store don't do it online or do it over the phone do it in person because I was lied to I was told if I purchased my husband and my phone that our two grandson's phones would be free after certain amount of time I would have a free upgrade it was time to upgrade so I went into the store instead of calling the place thank God I went into the store if I hadn't went into the store I would have never known that I was being used by a third-party those phones were never free I was told they were but they were never free that's wrong AT&T get rid of your third party people cuz they're ruining your business. I was ready to leave but I filed a complaint so they could look into my account. Thanks again Karla you're amazing!"

"My husband and I were absolutely pleased with the service we received yesterday. We initially went in to get quoted to see what we can get if we were to switch over from T Mobile. Karla helped us out and gave us an amazing deal that we had to make the switch asap! She was amazing! An absolute pleasure! She was very professional, was very straight forward with us and all our questions we had. We have had our fair share of being attending by people who are more concerned with making sales than the customers wants/needs so it was a relief to have been helped by a person like herself.
