"Had all l needed just would not let me use the restroom.."

"While shopping I saw a sticker underneath a product stating there is a digital coupon available. I went into my app and "clipped" the coupons for 2 products. When I went to checkout, neither coupon was removed even though I put my number in to redeem the coupons. The cashier basically told me oh well, there's nothing she could do since it was a coupon. I am not a happy shopper. I'm giving it 3 stars solely due to the fact that they had all the items I went in for. I probably will never shop at Family Dollar again. Think it's time to give their competitors a chance. Dollar General here I come..."

"Again, another establishment that is ok with me waiting in my car for my plug to show up. I always buy something. Today it was a Snickers ice cream bar. Delicious as always. Mmmm mmmmm mmm!"

"So I came here to load a card and buy a few items and the heavy set woman rolled her eyes at me and was very rude while talking to me and as soon as she cashed me out she looked at me like aren’t you going to go?! I asked her can I please have my bag? And she finally gave it to me.. So not professional and extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable, even my kids noticed how rude this woman was"

"We went twice back when they first opened. It was brand new, but it stunk. Merchandise on the floor. Employees were rude. It's now on our "Well we know not to go back there again" list. When we drive by sometimes I'll ask, "Do you need anything at Family Dollar?" But just as a joke."
