"The store is decent and updated with a ton of parking and a fuel island nearby, and the crew are typically courteous and patient. It gets way too busy and the customer base seems difficult, stressed, overwhelming, and selfish and generally makes the experience of shopping there very frustrating. Lots of people with a chip on their shoulder and a heavy variety of entitled geriatrics makes what should be an easy errand a miserable experience. And I’m sure it stresses the crew - no way I’d be able to work here in any capacity."

"I was attempting to place a sandwich platter order for my daughter's baby shower and was met with a hostile attitude being told I needed to place the order now because they are understaffed and may not be able to fulfill it. Once I decided on a platter and was ready to order I was told that they would not give only croissants per the manager, even though this is an option when ordering online. I spoke to 2 employees and the assistant manager who all refused to fulfill my order based on guidance from the manager. I had to go to a different store location that is less convenient for pick up in order to get what I needed and was told that is not a policy and they always honor what is online. I will not be shopping at this location anymore."

"Good selection, clean store. Beware on Pickup items that are scheduled a day or two later, especially if you allow substitutes. The coupons can expire before pickup and are not counted, and the substitutions may not fall under them. I lost over $12 in savings recently on a small pickup order. May not seem a lot, but it adds up, especially with grocery prices still rising. P.S. The pickers do not look to see if there are any active coupons for items whether as ordered or for substitutes."

"Bring your own cart! I don’t know what it is about this location but they never have any carts up front. Doesn’t seem to matter what day or time. Today again there’s one single cart inside the west entrance. Myself and a couple other customers had to go back out to the parking lot and get one from the corral. When I left the store 30 minutes later still no carts at the west entrance. As I’m walking to my car I see 3 employees all at the same corral working 8 carts. Yes, 3 employees for 8 carts! Maybe they could spread out some so your customers don’t have to chase down their own carts."

"My neighborhood frys is the best. Hala in prepared foods kitchen certainly is the best my daughter says. My son says the “The wing bar is the best”. This giant frys is the best in the neighborhood."
