"Probably some treasures in here but I didn’t stay long because it was like walking through a hoarder’s house - stuff haphazardly strewn everywhere. This is not an accessible store if you have any sort of physical disability."

"This place is a mess. Lots of junk. They were telling people that they were renovating but I have been here before and it has always been like this. There are areas that are "off limits" to customers that you can't easily tell because everything is so disheveled. There is a food pantry in the back of the store. The store staff were complaining about how expensive their bookkeeper was, how they "had to track every penny" and how they "had to charge sales tax or else" the entire time I was there. I got the sense this is a front for something. Beware: there are a lot of charity shop fronts in Tucson."

"Amazing. But the change in owners, or management is a huge disappointment for the homeless community. The new lady doesnt seem to care all that much and definitely never goes out of her way to help those in need. Especially if the need is hunger and theyre there for the free food pantry. Ive been turned away for getting there a few minutes after 1pm several times."
