"A dress was purchased at this location. It was not worn or used. Had been in the wrapping paper and box since the day it was purchased. They didn’t have the correct size so the floor model was sold, it was said it could be returned. Event cancelled, no need for the dress so we attempted to return it to the store. Store manager “found” a stain at the very very bottom of the dress. Refused the return or exchange. They very well could have returned that dress for it was in the same condition it was purchased in, as states their return policy. I do feel the store manager wasn’t as professional as she could have been. Good luck to future customers that may want to exchange or return an item from this location or store manager. Store is nice, just bad management."

"Let me first start by stating that my complaint is not actually with THIS store, it's with their corporate management. The manager and employees at this location are amazing people and were really good to us. We could not have had a better experience with a client. Even watching the way the employees worked with their customers was inspirational...you don't see customer service like that ANYWHERE. So 5 stars and A+ to THIS location. Here is my complaint: I am part owner of a local Phoenix company that does home improvement and we also offer general handyman services for commercial businesses. We were contracted by Carolina Herrera's maintenance company known as NationWide Facility Maintenance. The work we were hired to perform was to modify all of the lamps in the store to be more stable. The lamp shades were all crooked due to poor manufacturing and was causing the housings of the lamps to bend and break. The final total of work completed was for $450, which we were never paid. The way contracts like this work is in this order. 1. NationWide Facility Maintenance contacts us and asks us if we would like the job...we accept. 2. We go do a free estimate to determine the problem, the cause of the problem, and a good, long lasting solution to the problem. 3. We submit our quote, they accept. 4. We perform the work. 5. The store manager approves and signs off on the job completion form. 6. We fax that as well as financial information to NationWide. 7. NationWide bills Carolina Herrera and receives payment. 8. NationWide mails us the check. Steps 1-7 happened...8 never happened. Now, you may feel as if it is souly the responsibility of NationWide to ensure we get paid, but that is wrong. Carolina Herrera is the one who needed the work performed, and they are the ones who received a damn good job. When NationWide fails to follow through on their commitment, it is up to Carolina Herrera to pick up the tab. My partner and I have spent hours upon hours attempting to reach someone at NationWide, and if we DO happen to get an answer on the phone, they just make more excuses and string us along even longer. Now, we have done hours of research on this, and come to find out...NationWide is just one of several facility maintenance companies owned by Bertha Ramos and her company A & G Retail Maintenance. All of which hold the same business address and phone number, All of the companies in association have lawsuits filed for failure to pay and a Google Search will list out several scam articles and F ratings on Angies List and the BBB. Honestly, the list of ways to prove this company is a scam goes on as long as my arm. How could Carolina Herrera, a company so large and so established work with a company like NationWide!? How could they allow this to happen? We have emailed the corporate offices in Spain regarding this issue and have yet to receive any reply. Our frustrations are through the roof. We have tried our best to remain patient, but it seems the only way for us to garner any sort of compensation for the work we did is to inform the public of the incompetence and the lack of good ethics found in Carolina Herrera."
