"Gross. PSA!! We were in the store and I saw a shirt that had deodorant caked all over it. I dutifully pulled it from the rack and tried to give it to the sales person. She looked at me and said to hang it back up, that it was fine like that. I responded that it was pretty gross. She was emphatic that it didn't matter if it was dirty and to leave it that way on the rack. Uhm..."
"Worst customer service. The women working were so rude to both my daughter and me as we shopped. They clearly don’t want to sell anything is this store. Management should pay closer attention to who they hire or offer a customer service training to their employees."
"Very bad service. I visited today 3/26 around 12:30pm and felt that the 2 Caucasian girls working the fitting room treated me pretty differently based on the color of my skin. They barely even spoke to me as a black woman (and I am not taking this out of context) whereas anyone white they encountered they were much more courteous to, it was incredibly disappointing as I went because I had a birthday reward to use. My interaction makes me not want to come back ever again."
