"I went into the store yesterday to buy my kids some shoes. Was not greeted by a single person, was not asked if I needed help or if they needed to go get a shoes. They were all standing around talking as if they were at school. Terrible customer service. Nevertheless I asked if anyone worked here or if everyone was here to socialize and still didn't get a response aside from the girl at the counter. Get it together!"

"Worst customer service ever , walked in there is 6 to 7 employees in store no one greets you , no one comes to ask if you need anything . Then when approached by customer for help they give expression as if your bothering them And their conversation. Why be in customer service if you don’t want to service your customers???. Wouldn’t spend a dime here"

"I was a regular customer at this location but recently the customer service has been horrible, the female sales associate seems to avoid helping customers and appear to get annoyed when you ask for assistance, I recently requested 2 pair of shoes and after waiting 5 or so minutes I noticed the associate standing at the other end of the store, when I approached and asked about the shoe's she said the shoes will be at the register. I said I would like to try them on, she became visibly annoyed that I asked for the shoes, she walked away and returned with one left shoe. I asked for the other shoes, and she stated with an audible attitude, "it is store policy that customers are only allowed to try on 1 left shoe". I told her to keep the left shoe and left the store. This is the second time this has happened with this associate. I will not return to this location."
