"Shirts are nice, have about 50 of them, literally. Details of my most recent return efforts rubbed me wrong. I returned shirt using the preprinted return label supplied by Robert Graham in a timely manner as instructed. The original box was used and all tags were intact, and they take three weeks to process credit? And this happens after I inquire on return and am told to wait 5-10 business days, so I wait 15 business days, got my credit applied Friday May 6, after they received it on April 18. No apology or explanation, just an email saying return processed but nothing to document return or credit, and no credit showing with credit card used for payment? It is now resolved, 50% more time than was told, don't know what problem was because received no explanation?"
