"This place is way overpriced, the same brands are available for less at multiple locations in Scottsdale, they are rude and don’t do returns. That’s because they can’t stay afloat if they allowed customers to return the poor quality stuff they sell. Mediocre business practices."

"I would avoid shopping here if you are visiting old town. They have an odd return policy and not a large selection of items. They also only accept returns for store credit only - but then have nothing in store to use it on. One associate says “no problem with returns” when you are buying and another says “no returns only for store credit”. Don’t shop here or you are at a high risk of losing your money as they do not stand behind their products or policies. There is another store in Arcadia with a larger selection of the same brands. Shop there, easy shopping and they happily take returns like a normal store."
