"Disorganized, forgot to order my shirt, got it late, nothing was pressed, groomsman shirts didn’t match, my shirt had a stain on the inside. No employees had a clue where the bow ties were. It seems like greeting the customer should be a part of every retail experience, but so many businesses fall short. Not Brandon and Hanna though, they nailed it!
