"DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE TO DO ANY CUSTOM THEATRICAL WORK. It will take forever. It will be wrong. I hired Tuxedo Wholesaler to build 14 tuxedos. Their communication was non-existent. I had to leave multiple voicemail messages and many emails to get a response. The pants I ordered were to be lined. When I finally got a hold of them about the status of my order, they informed me everything was done and would be shipping out, but the pants did not get lined. There was no effort to fix their error until I lost my temper with them. They sent the 14 jackets and ALL of the sleeves are wrong. The pitch of the sleeve points toward the back. Every jacket is now at a shop in NYC having the sleeves removed, having new sleeves cut, and re-set. When contacted about the error, they claim their work is made to spec. They will not admit that their patterns are wrong, and that their work is sub-par. Also, they will not refund any of the money I spent to cover the costs I now have to pay to fix their shoddy work. BUYER BEWARE."
