"Eric at this location was FANTASTIC! I would have given it 5 stars but the first employee made it very clear he didn’t want to assist me as soon as I told him that the suit was for my 15 year old growing son. He showed me the least expensive option which started at $200.00. I asked to see something on sale and he got VERY annoyed and told me there was nothing. My son is in a growth spurt and this is to wear to a wedding where we are causal friends. Eric stepped in and showed me a great suit on sale. I highly recommend asking for ERIC if you go to this location."

"NEVER rent a tuxedo from this place. This store lost three of the five groomsmen tuxedos for my wedding. I had to go into the store 10+ times to get to the bottom of the problem and ended up having to pick the suits up TWO HOURS before my wedding ceremony due to Mens Wearhouse having to overnight ship them after they were “lost.” The store manager Peter was the most arrogant and unfriendly person I’ve ever met. Acted like it was our fault they were lost during the shipment and NEVER ONCE apologized for their mistakes. For a store manager, he is a horrible example of what customer service should be, he should just retire if he isn’t willing to help people."
