He took his service to the next level by offering to steam the dress shirt before we left so my husband would be ready to go and not have to worry about creases or find an iron ahead of time. "Went here for a custom suit for my wedding. Was assisted by Lori and ultimately ended up needing the suit tailored because the initial fit was like a parachute. The tailor did a hack job with the sizing and we got a second opinion from someone else who told me that Men's Warehouse gave me the entirely wrong size and cut. Attempted to return the suit and was told they could order a smaller suit for me, but was told that they cannot accept the suit for return because it was past the 90 day return window and it had been altered. Why would they sell me an ill fitting suit in the first place and not just order the smaller size initially? Still looking for an answer to this. Very disappointed with my service and Lori was rude during all of our interactions. Will not be recommending Men's Wearhouse to anybody and have no plans to ever return here. -1/10"

I had to go there to pick out and get fitted for a suit for an upcoming holiday party, and he was incredibly helpful and very polite. And this was Black Friday of all days. Busy. He was very polite, very patient. Mark provided a very good customer experience, which these days I definitely appreciate it. Thanks Mark."
