"This is the second time in a row that I've lefted after waiting in line for too long with only 1 cashier and no backup. The customer service is terrible. I thought that after a few months, things would have improved, but I was wrong. They really need to get it together. What a shame. Maybe self-checkout like other locations?"

"Had some Matte work done here, they never called me when the matte work was done. I did edit my review from 1 star to 5 stars because when I went in to pick the matte up on 3-3-24 in the morning, the girl who helped me, I'm assuming a manager because she was dressed different then the others made it right with other concerns I had. I will remain a customer thanks to this person making things right."

"My wife was looking for a few stuff... funny thing... all decent stuff or good stuff was completly out of stock, thats what the manager said... when we found that guy, the ladies that work there, where nice enough to help us out, but I guess the manager told them not to. As far As I understand, when they put the so wanna be called deals. They take all good quality stuff to the back so the coustomers get the scrap they leave to our sigth... then when deals are off. Miracles happens and they get stock again. I guess thats the nasty type of merchant tactics stores are using now.... I dont really like this type of so called deals."

"Went to get some art supplies and got what I needed. The young associate was happy to help unlock them for me, which I really appreciated (I felt bad asking because I could see she was busy). It's a shame they all have to be locked up now, but I don't blame the store for that. The woman who checked us out was very friendly. Good experience overall."
