Don Pedro's Family Mexican Restaraunt

"I tried this restaurant a few years ago and the service was awful. Figured since it had been a minute, maybe it improved. Nope! Was ignored when we were seated. Our server came over finally, asked what we wanted to order (rushed us with placing our order). Didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink just walked away. About 15 minutes later asked if we wanted more chips, we said yes please and I asked for an iced tea and was given a dirty look as he walked away. Never asked anyone else if they wanted something to drink or if I would like a refill. Spent lots of time at other tables around us asking them if they wanted refills or anything else. Had to sit there and wait for him to come by for our check and a box. At this point we were putting him out! How dare we ask for anything! Brought us the check and never came back for our money. Had to walk up to front to pay. The food is awesone but this is twice now that we were treated this way. If you want good service, don't go to this restaurant."

"We love Don Pedro's. They may not have the quickest waitresses, but they are so incredibly nice, and the food is so good. You get such a good deal for the price. The bean dip and salsa is so amazing. I had the fajita quesadilla and I highly reccomend it. You also can get a Virgin Miami vice drink. It was good. I have gone there lots and love it every time we go. The Atmosphere is awesome and it is so delicious"

"The food at Don Pedro’s is absolutely fantastic and the portions are enormous. A combo platter is easily enough food for two people, and yet the price is very affordable. The staff is also very friendly and courteous."

"We ordered enchiladas and fajitas. They bring chips and salsa for free. Super yumi!! Service was slow. It took a while to get our food and then also a while for paying, and it wasn't that busy. I'm not sure if the slow service was due to lack of people or what happened. I never got a refilled on my drink either. It was a Friday night. We waited more for being service and for paying than for getting the table. Despite that, plates were huge and quite yummy, very good! :)"
