"I am SOOOO pleased with the service I received from Kim, and the other very nice gal (I didn’t catch her name) at PMR, in Sahuarita / Green Valley, AZ. I’d give 100 stars if I could! I went in to sell the remaining part (1/2) of my now Ex-fiancés engagement ring. She lost the nice part. No hard feelings. Anyway, I didn’t want to go to a pawn shop and get $8. And although I knew it wasn’t worth much, I still wanted a fair value. I ended up sitting with Kim and telling her and the other gal my whole story about the ring and its history before my failed engagement. The ladies were just so kind and it felt more like a trusting conversation amongst friends, rather than a business exchange. I would definitely recommend PMR if you want a fair value for your goods, determined by knowledgeable, friendly and courteous professionals, as well as if you don’t want to feel like you’re being pressured or ripped off. Thank you, Kim, for helping me to get rid of this not so special, yet special ring. :)"

"I stopped into the Green Valley location with my Dad, Lei-shell helped us. Being my Dad’s first time in a precious metals/coins shop there were more questions then usual. Lei-shell was very nice to talk with, quite personable and helped us out a lot. She was very knowledgeable on the items we were looking at and answered all our questioned about the items and explained the different between the items and the different purchase options. We purchased some rounds and coins. My Dad and I both enjoyed the time there and plan to return and make additional purchases."
