"First time here last evening. Bartender was super friendly, got heater started for us and made some food recommendations. We had the breakfast burrito at Los Perches which was shareable & delicious. This is such a cozy turf patio to hang out, especially in the evening with the string lights on. Several beers on tap plus full bar. Three permanent onsite food venders, all look delicious. Easy street parking on a Weds eve. TVs for sports games in one area. Lots of overhead heaters."

"The food was good, although it took like half an hour to get a Vietnamese sub that was a cold sub, it was good food. Atmosphere was good but their bodyguard ruined everything. The bodyguard was the worst part of my experience. He came up to me and said I couldn’t go in, when asked why, he couldn’t tell me the reason. My wife and kids already went in so I told the bodyguard and we walked over to them. The guy did apologize to my wife and said that he mistakenly thought I was someone else but he was still getting in my face, so close that he spit in my face when he talked. When I mentioned that to him, he said he didn’t. He also kept putting his hands on me. I tried to walk away and he kept following me. Although the food was good, I liked the place, my family and I will never go back there because I do not want some random guy ruining my family day. I don’t even understand why that place needs a bodyguard at the front when it’s daytime. We were there around 2-3PM."

"The drinks here is totally based on who is the bartender. I really enjoyed the Vietnamese food. It may take a while but totally worth it when visiting."

"What a lovely place to gather with multiple people! This space has food and drinks served out of vibrantly painted shipping containers. There is plenty of seating either on the second floor within boxcars or on the lawn, although it can get really crowded. They have a variety of options with Indian, Vietnamese, and Mexican cuisines as well as pizza! There are two bars serving slightly different drinks. One can either show ID or get a wristband at the door upon presenting ID for alcohol. They also do have a "water tap" which is quite helpful. I recommend the Sonoran dog and a margarita slushy!"
