"I really like coming here, but I feel as if some of the staff are racist. I have to wave staff down, and it's really unfair. this establishment has great food and the most part some great staff. I notice the cucasiuon customers are waitird on first. I wish this would not happen in such an eastblishment. Despite this, I still come here. I hope this changes. I understand some places are understaffed, but I have been coming here for over a year and still will."

"I'd offer extra stars for atmosphere if I could. This place is fun to gather at. The food is cheap, and not too bad! 50 cent wings were alright! Great place to catch the game!"

"My 21-year-old son discovered this place and invited me to go there and shoot pool with him. I immediately felt comfortable with the surroundings upon entering. We headed over to the tables and started a game. A blonde waitress approached me and asked if we needed drinks. Instead of drinks, I ordered bacon cheeseburgers and fries for both of us. So while we were waiting on our order, we settled in to our first game. I was enjoying the music that was playing while relaxing and having fun with my kid when the music suddenly stopped and was replaced with pregame football-announcers’ nonstop chatter at high volume. So I (respectfully) approached the waitress who had taken my food order and (politely) asked her if she could turn the music back on. With an extremely disrespectful tone, she snapped, “NOPE! Football’s on, music’s off!” Then she spun around and walked off. Some time after we ate, she returned, and in an annoyed tone she asked if there was anything else that we needed. When I ignored her, and she asked again, I ignored her again. So she brought the check over and left it on the ledge bordering the pool table area. I paid the tab but didn’t tip her (which is highly unusual for me). I wrote the following on the merchant copy of the receipt: “Be nice, get tip. Hope this helped.” As my son and I were leaving, from behind the bar in an extremely loud, sarcastic and sing-songy voice, the waitress yells, “Sir, I hope you have a WONDERFUL night.” This afternoon, my son called me and asked me if I wanted to give the place a second chance. And in a momentary lapse of reason, I said, “Ok.” So after getting there, I headed to the pool tables while my son went to get quarters from the bar. He was ignored for the longest time, and then finally a brunette girl (the manager) approached him and had a brief discussion with him before he headed my way with no quarters in his hand and a dejected look on his face. When he reached me I said, “Don’t tell me, they’re 86-ing me from here, huh? When he said yes I headed to the bar for an explanation. The female manager accused me of being rude the night before (which was untrue), said I didn’t even tip the waitress, (which was true, and justifiably so), and also said that I had written “a novel” on the receipt (which was untrue). She refused to listen to my side of the story, and said she didn’t want me there anymore. So with no recourse, we left. And as we were leaving, in the same loud and snide voice that the waitress had used the night before, she disingenuously yelled, “I hope you have a WONDERFUL day.” This was a completely shameful experience, but something tells me that this is a recurring M.O. at this place, with (at least) these two girls anyway. If for whatever reason they decide they don’t like you, they instigate an issue, and when you put your foot down, stand your ground, and refuse to be disrespected, they flip it on you and create a hyped-up and contrived version of what actually happened in order to justify kicking you out. I GUARANTEE you that this isn’t the first time that this has happened at this place, far from it - it happened too readily, too unhesitatingly, too brazenly, too unapologetically, and too much by rote to have been the first time. In my opinion, it’s a habituated behavior that is most likely being enabled by the owner. So what could’ve (and should’ve) been an enjoyable outing for my son and me was ridiculously and unnecessarily ruined by two completely classless girls who are both in desperate need of retraining. Edit: I’d bet big money that the owner will not respond to this review for two reasons: 1. It’s true. 2. People with no class never admit that they’re wrong and never apologize for their wrongdoings."

"Tucked away from main street..the homeless seems to enjoy this place as they walk past the outside dining and beg for things from customers. Aside from that the food is good for the price. The waitress seemed to take a long time to take our order and give us our bill.. not sure if they were short handed? I will come back for the food."

"It’s not fancy, it’s just awesome. A local sports bar option to watch the game (lots of TV’s with great viewing angles) and chow down on some good eats. The hot dogs are HUGE (and tasty), wings were great, and the beat Philly Cheese Steak sandwich I have found so far in Tucson (that a low bar though….can’t anyone make a juicy cheese steak)? Loved the big 23oz ice cold drafts. Servers were fast and friendly. VictorB"
