"I'm just starting a new journey with my life, energy, and food. This is flavor, substance, and all kinds of amazing dishes. The AZ burro is a BEAST! The tacos & sopes are piled high and wonderfully glutinous. Love the staff's energy and their passion for interaction with their patrons."
"Wow so many excellent vegan tacos! For fillings... - Birria (jackfruit) was our favorite "meat" filling - Cauli Baja Tacos (cauliflower) were also ridiculously good - Asada and Al Pastor were pretty good, but those other two took the winner For tacos... - Sope "taco" is HUGE and SO good! - Taco plate is great - Cauli Baja Tacos (only way you can get cauliflower filling) is ridiculously good"
"Not vegan here just curious. Food was okay, their salsas were spot on and both their horchata and Jamaica water were really good. Friendly customer service and the place was clean. Overall a good experience and can honestly say these were better than most "fancy" restaurants in Phoenix who claim they have authentic tacos on their menu."
"Taco Tuesday, but make it vegan Our vegan coworker invited us all out to try @aztacosveganos last night. Yes, there was some pushback and some meat jokes made, but in the end, we were all willing to try. I had the Quesabirria taco, with asada, and loved it. Texture was softer than real meat, but the flavor was there! I also tried the special Baja Cauli taco. Basically, it's a fish taco with the slaw and sauce but with fried cauliflower. It wasn't anything outside-the-box crazy, but I enjoyed it. The margarita was sweet and counterbalanced nicely by the Tajin rim. Overall, I think we were all pleasantly surprised and had a fun night!"
