"I've been trying to make reservations for 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS!!! Everytime I call Ritchies I get a different person telling me how to make a reservation on-line. I was told to download the app EAT and that didn't work. I CALLED AGAIN and spoke with a very nice person named Reuben and he took down my information and said he would give it to the manager. I waited 3 days and nobody called me back. I called again and I was told by another person to go to PKWY TAVERN and make a reservation. That didn't work either. I called the restaurant again and the girl that answered the phone didn't know anything and said to call back and speak to the manager, however she wasn't sure when he would be there. Seriously!!! It shouldn't be this hard to make a reservation..."
"Very basic place with no value for what they charge. At the outset the server tells you that that they won’t have what you want to order :/ The PKWY burger is advertised as double patty, but they don’t give you a double patty. Please pic. The bun is also smaller than standard size. I got a dried up patty and unsurprisingly was hungry even when I finished my burger. I told the server and she responded that they don’t actually give 2 Pattie’s, but double up the meat for the patty! “You get the same amount of meat as double” she said! No, I didn’t. I paid and left, and ain’t going back for a less than average burger!"
"We've been customers here for several years and it's time to write a review.... Pkway has inside seating with lots of sports on the TV and outside seating on a small patio. Service is hit or miss... Most recently we went for happy hour and sat outside. Lots of beers on tap per menu as well as a few ciders. The beers we've had are always great, frequently at least 6 are not available. Cider is not cold enough and not quite enjoyable when it arrives at room temp. Appetizer choices were great, food was well prepared and hot. BUT: the seat cushions outside are disgusting, half of them torn, most with bird poop and stains. So, when you go make sure not to wear anything nice..."
"After having a bad experience at a nearby sports bar across the street, we decided to walk over to Parkway at The District. The Golden Knights were playing, so the atmosphere was electric and exciting. We were seated right away and had beers in our hands within minutes. Our server, Kelsey, was fantastic and very accommodating. We ordered from the wrong menu and she was quick to honor our order without hesitation. She also made some great suggestions and was quick to get our food started. We ordered the chicken wings, roast beef sliders, and two beers. Everything was delicious. The wings appear to be broiled, not deep fried, which I kinda prefer. Less greasy and the flavor was the same. The wings came with thin crispy fries, celery and carrots. The roast beef sliders are a must. They had great flavor and the au jus was delicious. The dressing and pickles combined also added an extra layer of flavor. I recommend them as an appetizer. Overall, we had a great experience even with the playoff game on. We will for sure visit again."
"We stopped by this bar/restaurant after shopping and walking around the shops in The District at Green Valley Ranch. Wifey wanted to get a quick bite to eat and I wanted to catch some of the NFL games. We walked in, were not really greeted by anyone and seated ourselves at one of the hightop tables for 2. This place was right up my alley, a bunch of beer taps behind the bar and TVs everywhere. We waited about 5-10 minutes before a server came by with a menu. We reviewed the extensive beer menu. I ordered a Hazy Ipa and wifey ordered her new favorite Mango Cart wheat. We also ordered a Margarita pizza to share. The beers came out pretty quickly, the pizza, on the other hand, was slow to arrive. When it finally came out, we tasted it and it was bland. The tomato sauce was watery and was missing something. This place is cool because of the beer selection, multiple TVs and seating everywhere. The service and food were not memorable. I give it 3.5 stars. I will come back if and when I visit The District again."
