"Love my Audi Q5 I bought however the experience of purchasing the car took too long. Also, as we waited we were not given accurate info about how long it would take to close the deal. After approx 3 hrs we were able to see Candace who was nice and knowledgeable however too chatty. It was 7pm and I told her we were hungry and needed to leave. We came back the next day to close on the car."

They take the time to explain everything and I’ve never felt pressured to purchase any service. I had to use the shuttle service for the first time and this was fantastic. The van was right outside and the driver was friendly and personable. Great experience all around. Prices are a bit higher than other places but those places don’t make it as easy or convenient. "I had been looking at several 4Runner's across 15 locations in California, Nevada, Utah. Mostly dealing through email and phone calls. Living in StG, I had visited SW Toyota to see their selection. The cars were selling before hitting the lot, so I ended up putting a down payment on one at a different dealership in northern Utah and had planned to go pick it up. My guy at SW, Andrew, was very persistent and to the point. "Come sit down at the dealership, and lets talk about what we can do for you. There are things over the phone and text that I can't promise unless you are here". So I took a drive over, sat down, and we made a deal that worked out. Honestly, if Andrew didn't reach out, I would have ended up somewhere else, and not as happy. He also recommended me to a few places around town and that worked out great too! Give that kid a raise. There was a little miscommunication on the purchasing side, which I should deduct a star for. I didn't need financing, but they ran my credit anyway. There was a delay in the money transfer from my bank, and they still let me take the car, so maybe that credit check allowed them to trust me. It all worked out in the end, and I am glad I purchased locally."
