"Avoid this if you want to avoid paying for over priced games. Noticed plenty of games that were obviously used that were marked as new. The manager sure didn't like me pointing that out."

"Do not let them sell you any new software if it doesn’t come in unopened packaging!! You absolutely will not be able to return or exchange it, no matter what they told you when they sold it to you. I purchased this as a gift for my son, and they asked if I minded that they didn’t have a box for it and I said not at all because I needed it for the next day. They thanked me for being flexible. When my son opened his gift, he told me he already had that title. I brought it back, and they told me I had opened it so I could not return or exchange it, and pointed to where it says that right on the receipt. I explained how it went down when I purchased it, so they either sold it to me incorrectly, or shouldn’t have put it in a generic case, but either way it was not my problem. But they refused, so I am out $60. Very disappointed in Game Stop. Would anyone like to buy my Super Smash Bros? I seem to have an extra one now."

"The hours posted are merely a suggestion. I can't tell you how many times I've arrived at 11 and have had to wait a half hour until the employee feels like opening the store. People pulling up to purchase merchandise and leaving when they realize the store still isn't open. I see most of them go to Target to buy their game. This store is losing money and customers daily and it's apparent the owner of this store doesn't care. Sticking to Amazon from now on."

"Bar far one of the best shopping experiences! I have been to this store countless times and every time my experience has been great. These guys see plenty of customers every day but they still take the time to try and get to know you and your hobbies personally. These guys will relate to you and help you save money if they can. These guys have memorized my hobbies and the things I enjoy and the notify me of any promotion or deals or limited time offers they know I would not want to miss out one. I will definitely continue returning."

"If you plan on coming in here don't do it from 2:30pm to 5, they randomly close the store for "60" mins. I got here a 2:42pm and the store had a sign that said "left at 2:50, back in 60 mins". What a joke."
