"Monster Air & Mechanical was referred to me by a friend. My amazing experience began with Brandy who set up my appointment professionally and efficiently. I immediately received a text stating the technician’s name and confirmation of the day and time of my appointment. I also received a text alerting me that the technician was en route and an eta on his arrival. I had the pleasure of meeting Dwight who was professional and super knowledgeable. I needed a part for a repair and even that process was seamless and quick. I am now the recommender of this mighty company. #lovethem"

"We got our AC done but it took 2 days longer than planned. When the Repairman looked at the AC and said he couldn't complete the repair today because he needed to get a part and a storm was suppose to hit the area soon. The Repairman rescheduled ur appointment for a period between 11-2:30 the next day as he only one appointment at 9am. At approximately 2pm the next day I called the office to see if he was still going to be there by 2:30. The office called back in 45 minutes and said the Repairman had returned her calls and she would update me as soon as she heard from him. At 4pm I called the office several times to check on the status of my appointment but only got the voice mail. In about 45 minutes i got call and they apologized and rescheduled my appointment for 8am the next day. About 8:45am the next morning I called to see if they were coming. The office called the Repairman and I was told he was on his way. About 10 minutes later I got a text from the Repairman and he said he was on his way. About 10 minutes later he called and told me he was on his way. When the Repairman arrived he apologized and said he was done working by noon the previous day but didn't explain why he forgot about my appointment the previous day especially since he had added my appointment to his cellphone. I'm not sure why the delays happened. As for the repair it was done in approximately an hour and everything works."
