"I bought a box of carbon force from chemical guys on Irvington as I was putting the ceramic coating on the pad that comes in the box the top piece where you do the little drops that top piece came off and spilled all over my hand, and on the pad. I just know hung up the phone with some guy named Aaron that works at chemical guys very rude and he's saying that pretty much it's my fault that I must not know what I'm doing I've been doing ceramic coating for over 10 years plus I have two certificates from two different companies so I know exactly what I'm doing but I can't believe they can't even make it right. So I'm going to give them a bad review because if I make a mistake in my detailing I will make it right for any of my clients. But I will be contacting corporate today about this situation that happened to me. I will give them zero stars because anyone that runs a business that business should make it right with that customer one thing about me I would not lie about what happened it's not my fault that that bottles top came off."

"I love the team that run this store. It is a shame that due to new management on the corporate side that things are not the way they used to be. Zach is the number one reason I continue to shop here. He has the knowledge to help customers and is very humble about it. Detail Garage needs to bring back the 5 day class there are several people who are waiting to take it. My last visit 3 of us were looking to sign up. Unfortunately we were told that they are not running it and it may not come back."

"This place is great. Zach is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find what I needed and provided a very good customer experience. He helped point me to what would meet my needs best without feeling like I was being sold to by an aggressive sales person. I will come here again and again. I will say the products aren't cheap but the pricing is reasonable and if you come here it's because you're looking for quality which you will definitely find."

"Super place! They have so many products and you can shop confidently because the staff who works there can educate you on the products. If you forget what they said, there is a QR code on the side of the bottle. The amount of schooling I got was superior, from a very friendly young man, and I felt confident in my purchase. Apparently, they also provide classes on other services a car enthusiasm might need. My total price was extensive, but the cleaning I'm needing is also extensive. Money well spent tho!!"

"I had a great experience during my visit to this location. When I walked in I was greeted and the staff was super helpful and gave me a lot of useful information. I learned that they have different event where I could learn how to wax and polish my car. They even had a hood of a car inside the store that they use to show customers how to use their products(picture attached). All of their products are price below compare to where I first got their products. At last i was delighted with how the store look very clean and organize. Will highly recommend and return again."
