"Taro smoothie had amazing flavor. Unfortunately most of the boba was undercooked and way too hard to chew, I had to keep spitting them out :( Kinda annoying when it’s $1 extra to add it. Everyone is nice here, I would definitely come back."

"Normally I would give this place 5 stars. I've been there about 5 times. The donuts are so good, the sandwiches are AMAZING. The service is usually very good. Today however I was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met. I asked for a drink and she said she didn't know what it was I started to explain and she immediately interrupted me and said no we don't have that. The item in question... an Americano. Which I know they do have since they have espresso. She was rude when we drove up to the window too. Makes you never want to go back."

"Although there's a Bosa Donuts near home. I'll make the drive out to the Bosa Donuts in Avondale!! The customer service is amazing and the Donuts stay fresh for days. If you lucky on random days they will have buy a dozen get 6 free. The cake Donuts are the best!! .."

"I have a list of 9 donut shops in the Phoenix area that I want to check out and this is one of them. I always liked Bosa because they have my favorite, Buttermilk donut, so I stopped yesterday. I was kind of disappointed because the Buttermilk didn’t taste fresh (10 am). Kind of stale not moist like usual. Not bad but not what I usually get. Shop was clean and staff was very nice. I’ll be back, it’s close to my house, next time will be better I’m sure!"

"Very nice donuts. There's noting to complain about, really. I guess the Boston cream donut has the same filling as everyone else, kind of tasting like it can from a tin can. But otherwise, donuts are fluffly, and taste like good donuts. Staff is really nice and helpful. Inside is clean and organized. There's plenty of parking. The price is very reasonable for a dozen donuts. Definitely try it out."
