"They threw garbage in my driveway. To clarify after the response from RAC. I live north of Cactus & 25th Ave. Flyers rolled up and wrapped with a rubber band were thrown in everybody's driveway. I see by other negative reviews you did this several months ago"

"I have rented more than several things from this rent a center and there was some hiccups but Mario the manager has been attentive to my issues and has went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer! Every company will have some issues but when associates are willing to assist the best they can means alot! Thank you guys!"

"Not a very good start off to Rent-A-Center. First I was told that my delivery and everything was set up and I was good to go then after waiting for two hours past delivery time I called and was told that my order didn’t go through even though I have the confirmation signed agreements I was told it didn’t go through but my money was taken out of my account. If it didn’t go thoough how is this possible? Once again, a horrible experience. UPDATE: unfortunately, it was not a preapproval. It was approved. I was sent the agreement which was signed, money pulled from my account (which I was not refunded, I received my time and day in which I was supposed to receive my delivery, nobody showed up. If it wasn’t approved, then you as a business should not be taking money out of peoples account. Seems a little fraudulent to me. Because everything was set up and all was done, I got rid of my other table. So my 4 kids are currently eating on the floor. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I am now having problems with your corporate office as well. Not a very good business in my opinion."
